Erin and her family have been members of St. Patrick for 10 years. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences and started her career as a registered dietitian providing nutrition education in the hospital and clinic setting. After receiving a Master in Health Administration and a Master in Health Informatics from the University of Missouri she served in analytics and in process improvement roles for UnityPoint Health. Erin has served as an assistant and a catechist in the CGS program for the past 2 years here at St. Patrick Parish.
